2. Fulfillment Timeline (How We Deliver)

Teviro AI utilizes a strict Pay-After-Approval fulfillment model. We do not accept payment for digital asset construction until the client has inspected and approved the work.

Project Intake & Asset Collection

The client provides required branding materials, logos, and menu text.
Zero Payment Required at this stage.

72-Hour Staging Build

Our engineers construct the HTML website and host it on a secure, private Teviro AI staging link for client review.

Client Approval & Payment Processing

The client formally tests and approves the staging site. Only after written approval is the one-time Deployment Fee invoiced via our secure payment processor. Upon payment, the digital goods are considered officially delivered and accepted.

Live Deployment & Subscription Activation

The approved digital asset is migrated to the client's live domain, and the ongoing Care Plus monthly hosting subscription is activated.
